The cottage was in poor condition and was built with stone structure, in the scenery of the beautiful Val d’Orcia, in Tuscany.
The renovation work was carried out both inside and outside. Quality finishes and careful care in the choice of construction materials, from stone to tiles and ancient bricks, were implemented.
The old rustic architecture was secured with new foundations and anti-seismic techniques.
Outside was built an new infinity pool with a panoramic view.
