Internal and external renovation of a historic estate

Internal and external restructuring of a historic estate of 11 ha, with the construction of a new square infinity pool overlooking the Val di Chiana.

The building appeared as a single building on two levels, the ground floor, as in most of the Tuscan farms, was used as a shelter for animals.

Before the renovation, the structure was in a state of neglect and had suffered collapses and damage.

The intervention has preserved the volume, the distribution type, the materials and the structural shape of the original building, while implementing all the necessary changes to obtain high energy, functional and comfort results.
