Internal and external restoration of the Cathedral of Chiusi.

The interior of the basilica is divided into three large naves divided by eighteen columns, recovered from older buildings, made of marble and travertine with capitals characterised by different styles.

The atmosphere inside the church recalls that of the oldest paleochristian basilicas of Rome and really makes us think of the origins of Christianity.

In fact, the community of Chiusi, represents one of the original centres of Christianity in Tuscany. In fact, here are the Region’s only catacombs.
