Before the renovation work, the structure was in a state of neglect. Some parts of its structure had partially collapsed and were damaged.
The recovery operation has preserved the volume, the type of distribution, the materials and the structural shape of the original building, while implementing all the changes necessary to obtain high energy, functional and comfort results.
This project is strongly oriented towards sustainability and energy self-sufficiency.
